During this special limited-time promotion, you’ll earn 6¢/gal right at the pump and 24¢/gal as a statement credit on qualifying purchases. Yes. To earn the extra $6, you must download the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app, sign up your new ExxonMobil Smart Card within the app and make three or more mobile transactions within two months from your account open date. You will earn the $6 as a statement credit.
If discounts at the pump are unavailable for any reason, you’ll receive the discounts as a statement credit. In that case, you won’t see a reduction in the price per gallon at the pump. The statement credits will be posted to your monthly billing statement automatically.

If you’re experiencing financial hardship as a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), simply log in to your online account here. Click on “Secure Message” within the special alert box on your Credit Home page, and then select the Topic “COVID-19 Payment Waiver Request” on the Secure Messages page and follow the prompts to confirm your request. Citi bank will respond to your request as quickly as possible. If you already requested financial hardship assistance due to COVID-19, you do not need to contact Citi bank again.
