Why should I sign up?
With the Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ program, you can earn points on items you purchase every day – like fuel, convenience store items and car washes. You will earn 3 points per gallon on fuel and 2 points for every $1 you spend in the convenience store and on car washes. You'll also get access to special bonus point offers so you can earn points even faster. For every 100 points you save, you can redeem for $1 in savings. Plus, if you achieve Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Premium™ status, you can earn double points on every gallon you purchase of Synergy Supreme+™ premium gasoline!

What if I don't receive my card in the mail?
Your card may take up to 4 weeks to arrive and will be mailed to the address you provided during enrollment. While waiting for your physical card to arrive in the mail, you may always use your Alt-ID (phone number) at the fuel pump and inside the convenience store to earn points on all transactions. If you don’t receive your card in the mail, please contact our customer service call center at 888-REWARD+ (888-739-2730) for further assistance.

How do I sign up?
Sign up or register your card right here or through the Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ app. You’ll need to enter your full name, phone number and email address, and then follow three simple steps. That’s it! We’ll use your address to send your card and special mail offers. By entering your phone number, you’ll be able to use it as an Alt-ID at the pump and convenience store to earn rewards without your card.

What can I do with my points?
Once you earn 100 points, you can redeem them at Exxon™ and Mobil™ stations to save on everyday purchases like Synergy™ gas, car washes, snacks, drinks and more. That’s because every 100 points gives you $1 off.

When can I begin earning and using points?
You will be able to earn points immediately when you pick up an Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ card. However, you must register your card to begin using points. You can register your card here, through our Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ app or through our customer service call center at 888-REWARD+ (888-739-2730).

How many points do I need to have before I can use them for savings?
As soon as you reach 100 points, you can begin using them for savings on eligible purchases. Every 100 points is $1 off your purchase! You may use a maximum of 5,000 points in a single purchase for up to $50 in savings.

Can I redeem points at the pump or in the store?
Yes! You may redeem points both at the pump and in the store.

How do I redeem my points?
You can select to redeem points for dollars off on the screen on the pump, or in the store while you pay for fuel and store items. You also can select to redeem points for dollars off in the mobile app while you begin fueling at the pump.

When can I redeem my points?
Once you have 100 points available in your account, you can redeem them for savings on your purchases.

Where can I redeem my points?
Please use our station finder to find the closest participating Exxon™ or Mobil™ station. Exxon and Mobil stations with a 7-Eleven convenience store do not issue points on purchases paid for inside the convenience store.

How do I earn points in the convenience store and on my car wash?
You can earn points by entering your phone number as an Alt-ID or swiping your card. You will earn 2 points for every dollar spent in the convenience store, as well as on all car washes purchased when checking out at the pump or inside the store. Please note that you will not earn points on car washes purchased at the car wash kiosk located near the car wash.

How do I use the Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ program when checking out?

To earn points at the fuel pump, before providing a credit or debit card you may enter your Alt-ID (phone number), swipe your physical Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ card or use the Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ app. You also can select how many points you’d like to redeem at the pump. Inside the convenience store, you may enter your Alt-ID (phone number) or swipe your physical Exxon Mobil Rewards+ card at checkout and select how many points you’d like to redeem.

What is Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Premium™ status?
Premium status is a tier within Exxon Mobil Rewards+. Once you qualify to become a Premium Status member, you will earn 2x base points—equal to 6 cents per gallon—on qualifying purchases of Synergy Supreme+ gas. Plus, we’ll surprise you with other exclusive offers and perks.

How do I become a Premium status member?
To achieve Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Premium™ status, simply fill up with Synergy Supreme+™ premium gas at least 3 times in a month with at least 8 gallons. Just keep filling up 3 times a month to maintain your Premium status. Miss a fill-up? No problem. You still have 3 months before your benefits expire.

I achieved Premium status and received an email about a special gift. What is this and why do I need to verify my mailing address?
To show our appreciation for your loyalty and for purchasing Synergy Supreme+ premium gas, we want to send you a gift. We are asking you to verify your mailing address to ensure we send it to the right location. Your Premium status gift may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

I saw a black and red Exxon Mobil Rewards+ card. How can I get one and how does it work?
To receive an Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Premium™ status card, you must qualify for Premium status. Once you qualify, we’ll let you know that your gift, containing a Premium status card, is ready. Both of your loyalty cards are linked to your account and will work / will track your purchases. Your points balance will still be available if you use either card. If you want to use the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app or your Alt-ID (phone number) at the pump and not a plastic card, Premium status will still work as well. You do not need to update your Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app with the new Premium Status card number.

Do I need to have my card to redeem my points?
No, you do not need your card with you to redeem points. You can easily redeem points using your Alt-ID (phone number) or your mobile app.

What do I do if I lose my rewards card?
You may always use your Alt-ID (phone number) at the fuel pump and inside the convenience store to continue earning points on all transactions. If you would like a replacement card, just call our customer service center at 888-REWARD+ (888-739-2790), and we’ll send one right away.

What is my PIN and how can I reset it?
Your PIN is set up when you register your account. Your PIN can be reset by logging in here and navigating to My Account. Your PIN is required for redeeming points when using your phone number (Alt-ID). Your PIN is also required one time when adding your rewards card to your Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ app account.

Do I need my PIN to redeem points?
You will need your PIN when you are using your physical Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ card or your Alt-ID (phone number) to earn and redeem points. You do not need your PIN to redeem points when you are using the mobile app.

What happens if I select to use points, but my total is less than the points?
If you select to use your points but your total is less than the points’ value, your unused points will remain in your account to be used on future purchases.

Why do I have to swipe a credit card when buying fuel when I want to pay with points only?
Fuel pumps require you to provide a payment method (credit card or debit card) before activating the pump. However, you will not be charged when buying fuel if your points cover the cost of your purchase. When swiping your card, you may see a preauthorization hold based on your card’s bank or payment provider that would be removed based on their standard process.

When using my Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ app, it says “Loyalty earn only with the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app at this location.” What does this mean?
In the event that you see this notification at a station, it simply means you cannot redeem points at that location until their system has been serviced. However, you can still earn points during that time.

Can I earn and use points on alcohol?
Generally, base points on alcohol can be earned in all states except: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and West Virginia.

Generally, points on alcohol can be redeemed in all states except: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin.

Can I earn and use points on tobacco?
Base points cannot be earned on tobacco purchases.

Generally, bonus points can be earned on purchases in all states except: Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Mississippi, New Jersey and New York City.

Points cannot be used on tobacco purchases.

Can I earn and use points on milk?
Points can be earned and used in all states except Pennsylvania, Maine and Massachusetts.

What is a household?
Multiple customers can earn and redeem shared points under one Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account. All customers will have different Exxon Mobil Rewards+ card numbers but they will all be able to share their earned points.

How many customers can exist under one account?
10 customers can exist under one household Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account. Each customer will have their own app login and loyalty card number, but you will all share the same account and share loyalty points.

Are the points in the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account only mine to earn and redeem?
You earn points based on your own purchases, but they are added to the household account point total. Anyone in the household can redeem these points, regardless of who they are earned by.

How are the points shared?
Anyone in the household can redeem these points, regardless of who they are earned by.

If I am in a household, do I have to make all three purchases with my own account, or can others in my household contribute to the total of three purchases in a calendar month for me to earn and keep Premium Status for the entire household?
No. Each individual in the household must purchase three times in a calendar month with their own app or rewards card in order to earn Premium Status. Your purchases are tied to your loyalty card number, which is unique to you, despite being in a household account. Each customer must achieve Premium Status on their own, and it is not shared with other people in the household.

Can I leave a household?
In order to officially leave a household, you must call Customer Service to close your Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account within the household and then open up a new individual Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account entirely.

If I used my partner’s rewards card in my Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app account, why do I have a different card now that I updated the app?
You are still able to share and redeem points you earn with your partner, but you each have a unique card number so you can be identified differently in our system.

If I have multiple Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account card numbers, which card number gets linked to the account in the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app?
When you sign into the app, the app will link the card that is linked to the email address, phone number and PIN you use to sign into the app or sign up for an app account. If you have multiple cards with point balances on them, you can call Customer Service and they will combine your points onto one card for you.

I changed my password on Exxon Mobil Rewards+ website, do I also need to change it on my Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app account?
No, the change will occur automatically.

If I changed my email address for my Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account on the microsite, do I also have to change it in the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app?
No, the change will occur automatically.

I created a new Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app account, but I want to get a physical card now. How do I request a card to be sent to me?
Call customer service to ask them to send you a physical card. It will take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but in the meantime, you can either use the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app or your associated phone number as an ALT ID at the pump to earn points.

I have a physical Exxon Mobil Rewards+ card, but I want to sign up for the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app. How do I sign up for the app with the same rewards account?
Download the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Select “Sign in” and enter the email address and password associated the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ account linked to your physical card. The app will sign you in and all of your points from the physical card will be present in the app.

I accidently signed up for a new Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app account, but I have a physical card that has points. What should I do?
Call customer service and they will close the physical card account and add those points to your app account. If you would like a new card associated with the card number in your app account, then the Customer Service agent can mail you one. It will take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
