What is Plenti?

Plenti is the rewards program that lets you earn points in one place and use them at another, all with a single card. Earn points at Plenti partners like AT&T, Exxon, Macy’s, Mobil, Nationwide and Rite Aid.

Plenti brings together great stores and businesses to give you savings and convenience – no more keeping track of different kinds of rewards programs. You can earn points fast and use them at certain Plenti partners. All that, and it’s free to join.

How do I know which Exxon and Mobil branded stations participate in Plenti?

On our Fuel Finder, a Plenti icon indicates which stations participate. If you see “Plenti – Outside only” that means that you can only earn Plenti points for fuel purchases and not at the convenience store. More stations are added to Plenti regularly so check back often.

Where do I insert my Plenti card at Exxon and Mobil stations?

It’s easy. At the pump, simply insert your Plenti card in the same slot where you insert your credit or debit card. Be sure to insert your Plenti card BEFORE your payment card. At certain stations that let you earn Plenti points in the convenience store, insert or swipe your card in the card payment terminal BEFORE your credit or debit card.

Are any products excluded from the Plenti program at Exxon and Mobil stations?

You cannot earn Plenti points at Exxon and Mobil branded service stations for: tobacco, lottery, cash back, gift cards, money order, membership/loyalty, financial prepaid cards, aviation and marine fuels, milk (Pennsylvania, Maine, and Massachusetts) and on negative transactions, fees, miscellaneous prepaid products and tax. In some states Plenti points cannot be earned or redeemed on alcohol purchases. Please reference the Exclusions at https://www.plenti.com/exclusions for further information regarding eligible locations by state. Though you cannot earn Plenti points on gift card purchases, taxes or miscellaneous prepaid cards, you can redeem Plenti points for these items. What if I want to use points at the pump, but don’t want to fill up my tank?

Don’t worry, if your final purchase amount is lower than the Plenti points value you chose to use, we will only deduct enough points from your Plenti account to cover the purchase amount. For example, if you elected to use 2,500 points for savings but only purchased $23 in fuel, Plenti will deduct 2,300 points from your account.

What if I don’t see Plenti points I earned with Exxon and Mobil posted to my account?

Can I add my Plenti card to my Speedpass+ app?

Yes, simply launch the Speedpass+ app, select “My Plenti” followed by “Add a Plenti card,” and then enter your Plenti card information.

How do I get a Plenti card if I do not already have one?

You can get a Plenti card via the Speedpass+ app by selecting “My Plenti” followed by “Get a Plenti card.” You will then enter your information, review and submit your profile. Please make sure you press ‘Continue’ on the third screen to return to the Speedpass+ app and to view your new digital Plenti card.

When should I expect to receive a Plenti card in the mail if I signed up for a card through the Speedpass+ app?

A new card should arrive in the mail within 10-14 business days.

Why does the Speedpass+ app instruct me to “Take action to earn Plenti points?”

The Speedpass+ app detected that your Plenti card has been cancelled. Please delete the cancelled card from the app then add or get a new card to start earning Plenti points on your Speedpass+ app transactions.

Why does the Speedpass+ app instruct me to “Take action to use Plenti points?”

You added your Plenti card to the Speedpass+ app, but additional action is required. Please go to the “My Plenti” section of the app and review the provided instructions.

Why does the Speedpass+ app instruct me to “Finish signup to use Plenti points?”

Please finish signup through the “My Plenti” section to ensure that you are able to use Plenti points for savings on your eligible fuel and car wash transactions using the Speedpass+ app.

My Plenti card is blocked within the Speedpass+ app, what should I do?

For your protection, your Plenti card has been temporarily blocked. At this time, you will not be able to use Plenti points for savings. Please call Plenti customer care at 1-855-PLENTI1 (1-855-753-6841) to resolve the issue.

How do I earn Plenti points on my Speedpass+ app purchases?

After you have created a Speedpass+ account and added a Plenti card, earning points on your fuel and car wash purchases is easy. At the station, launch the Speedpass+ app and select “Pay for Fuel” to begin the transaction. You will automatically earn Plenti points on all fuel and car wash purchases made with the Speedpass+ app. After completing a transaction, your Plenti points balance will be updated to reflect your most recent transaction.

Can I earn Plenti points through my Speedpass+ app at all Exxon and Mobil stations?

After adding a Plenti card to the Speedpass+ app, you will be able to earn Plenti points on your fuel and car wash purchases at participating locations. Please use the in-app station locator to find select stations near you that accept the Plenti rewards program and/or the Speedpass+ app.

How do I use Plenti points for savings on my Speedpass+ app purchases?

This feature is rolling out to participating Exxon and Mobil stations in the coming months. You will soon be able to use Plenti points for savings through your Speedpass+ app. We thank you for your continued patience while we upgrade our sites.

In the meantime, at select stations you can use Plenti points for savings by swiping your Plenti card or entering your phone number at the pump before completing your transaction with your Speedpass+ app. Please note, this is a temporary functionality.

How do I see the Plenti points I earned at Exxon and Mobil stations using the Speedpass+ app?

The number of Plenti points earned on each Speedpass+ app transaction should appear on your digital or printed receipt. You can also find a summary of the points earned in the “History” section of the app.

How long does it take for me to see the Plenti points I earned on my Speedpass+ transactions?

Your Plenti points balance will be updated in the Speedpass+ app up to 48 hours after a transaction. If you activated a Plenti offer prior to completing a transaction with the Speedpass+ app, these points may take a few additional days to post.

I don’t see the Plenti points I earned in the “My Plenti” section of the Speedpass+ app? What should I do?

First, refresh the “Available Points” balance in the “My Plenti” section of the Speedpass+ app. If you do not see points earned check plenti.com and ensure you have allowed enough time for the points to post. If Plenti points are still missing, contact the Plenti customer care at 1-855-Plenti1 (1-855-753-6841). Make sure you have your Plenti card handy. You can also view your Plenti activity on plenti.com or the Plenti mobile app.

Can I link one Plenti card to multiple Speedpass+ accounts?

No, each Plenti card can be linked to one Speedpass+ account.

Can I add multiple Plenti cards to one Speedpass+ account?

No, you can only add one Plenti card to a single Speedpass+ account.

Can I activate a Plenti offer with the Speedpass+ app?

Activate Plenti offers by going to the Plenti app or visit plenti.com. Be sure to activate an offer before completing a transaction with the Speedpass+ app.

If I activate a Plenti offer from Exxon and Mobil within the Plenti app, will these points apply to my Speedpass+ transactions?

Yes, activated Plenti offers from Exxon and Mobil will apply to your Speedpass+ transactions. Please note, these points may take up to 30 days to display in your Plenti points balance and may not appear on the Speedpass+ receipt.
